Appointment Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling
Life happens, and we understand that. If you find yourself needing to reschedule, we ask that you notify us at least 72 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and ensures your deposit remains valid for one reschedule within this timeframe.
Cancellation
We get it, plans change. However, DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel with less than 72 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book again.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 50% of the total service fee, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
We value everyone's time. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, we will need to reschedule your appointment, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Early Arrivals
To maintain a smooth appointment flow, please arrive no more than 5 minutes early. Thank you!
